I finally got to spend a "little", very "little" bit of time in my craft room last night, but I {SO}... enjoyed it!
Valentines is just around the corner so I decided to make a Valentines treat. I decorated one stack of Post It Notes by making a cover for it. I guess you could say I dressed it up! Hah...
The funny thing is, out of all the stamps I have I couldn't seem to find the perfect one for this project. I found some designer paper by Cloud 9 that I had purchased at Archivers last year and neglected to use so... I decided to create the cover by using card stock and designer paper! The designer paper is full of fun circles, hearts and glitter. It was perfect for the job and the {BEST} part of all is the final design kinda matches my new blog design! Too funny!
I cut out several circles, half circles and hearts and randomly placed them on my stamped layered card stock. Dimensionals were used for the hearts to add some dimension. :) I also added part of a {BIG} circle to the inside top cover, just for fun! Surprise...
This project was very simple and fun to do. I'd love to cover a note pad to match next! We'll see...
